Does it float?

A casual fishing simulator, built to answer the question of whether it floats. Made for the low res game jam, and mostly fits the 64x64 limit besides some slight UI bugs...

Hold space to throw your bobber, try and land it on the fish! Once they're hooked, beat the quick time event to reel 'em in! Hit the upgrade button once it glows to find new fish and up your gacha chances, in search of the legendary catfish...

Be careful what you might hook up though!

Unfortunately we didnt get time to implement an ending, or sfx, but the game loop should all work! 

IMPORTANT NOTE

V2 is a patched version, that fixes many minor bugs, yet was submitted after the actual game jam finished. V2 is more playable, and does not include any extra content, but optimizes and solves many issues.
